REMOTE DEPOSIT UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS
There will be an update to the remote deposit software on Monday, March 9, 2020. The functionality of the software will not change but you may notice minor updates such as a change to the color scheme.
Follow the instructions in the video to update your scanner service. For your convenience, the instructions are also included below.

- Login to the Remote Deposit portal.
- From navigation on the left, select the ‘Transactions’ tab.
- Select ‘Remote Deposit Now’ located under the Quick Links section.
- Select ‘Scan’ from the navigation at the top.
- The Scanner Service Installer window will display the 3 step installation instructions.
- Select ‘Download.’
- If using Chrome, you will see the Chrome download bar. Double click on the installer to install the file. If using another internet browser, you will see the download appears as a pop up at the bottom of your screen. Select ‘Run’ to start the installation.
- Once you start the installation, the Profit Stars Scan Service Setup will open. You will leave default installation location as is and select ‘Next.’
- Complete the installation process using the controls at the bottom of each window to progress through each step (Next – Next – Next – Install – Finish).
- Once the scan service setup is complete, select ‘Finish’ on the Scanner Service Installer window.
- You have now completed the installation and can proceed with creating a new batch for deposit.
