Lost or Stolen Cards

To Report Lost/Stolen ATM or Debit Cards:

During Business Hours:

Call your local branch or 1-866-638-0552.
M-Th 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; F 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

After Business Hours:

Option 1:

Go to your online banking account. Select “Option” and then select “ATM/Debit Card.” From there, mark the “Lost/Stolen” box next to the card you would like to report lost/stolen.
Note: You must contact your local branch during normal business hours to order a new ATM/Debit Card.

Option 2:

Sign into your mobile banking account and select “Preferences”, then select “Manage Cards”. Click on the colored button to the right of your card number and select “Report Lost or Stolen.”
