The following positions are available.
Union Bank Advisor: This is a full time non-exempt position. There are four full time position available, two in the Raleigh branch, one in the Henderson branch, and one in the Roxboro branch. The Advisor builds and maintains relationships with customers. Provides excellence in customer service by opening, closing and servicing deposit and loan accounts for new and existing customers and by receiving and processing customer banking transactions on a daily basis. Adds value to the customer base of the Bank through problem solving, service and direct sales. May call on customers outside the Bank along with the Market Executive or other co-workers. Develops relationships with customers through transaction processing and recognizing regular bank patrons. One to two years customer service and cash handling experience preferred. Previous bank experience as a teller or customer service representative is a plus.
A valid NC driver's license is required. May be required to lift 25 or more pounds. Previous cash handling experience is preferred. A positive attitude is required! Above average math and computer skills are needed.
Greets customers and provides highly professional customer service to new and existing clients to the Bank.
Receives checks, savings, loan, and other deposits and payments. When taking such transactions assures information obtained and processed is accurate and according to the Bank guidelines. May assist with opening and servicing business and personal accounts.
Balances the cash drawer daily.
Work as a member of a well-organized team in a professional manner.
Adheres specifically to all Bank policies and procedures, Federal and NC State regulations and laws.
