Appraisal Review Officer. This is a full time exempt position assigned to the Corporate Division. Applicant will work closely within the Risk Department on appraisals and valuations to determine real estate collateral values. Applicant must be a NC Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, have a minimum of five to seven years of experience in general real estate appraisal services, have an understanding of appraisal theory and is knowledgeable of the real estate development and construction industry.
Union Bank Advisor. There are two full time Union Bank Advisor positions open at the Henderson Branch. The Advisor builds and maintains relationships with customers. Conveys appreciation for their business and suggests banking options with new and existing customers to provide the best products available. Provides excellence in customer service by opening, closing and servicing deposit and loan accounts for new and existing customers and by receiving and processing customer banking transactions on a daily basis. Adds value to the customer base of the Bank through problem solving, service and direct sales. Regularly calls on customers outside the Bank along with the Market Executive or other co-worker. Develops relationships with customers through transaction processing and recognizing regular bank patrons. Previous cash handling and sales experience preferred.
Union Bank Advisor Intern. There are two part time Union Bank Advisor positions, one at the Henderson Branch and one at the Oxford Branch. Each intern must be enrolled in a college or university. These are temporary positions that will begin mid-May 2014.
